Environmental Characteristics of 447MHz SAW Resonator
1. High temperature exposure
Placing the 447MHz SAW resonator at 85 ℃ for sixteen hours and then releasing the filter into a room with normal temperature conditions for twenty-four hours prior to the measurement, it shall fulfil the specifications in table 1
2. Low temperature exposure
Placing the 447MHz SAW resonator at -40 ℃ for sixteen hours and then releasing the device into a room with normal temperature conditions for twenty-four hours prior to the measurement, it shall fulfil the specifications in table 1
3. Temperature cycling
The 447MHz SAW resonator must be in a place with low temperature, -40 ℃ for 30 minutes, following by a higher temperature of 85℃ for 30 minutes. When the device is released into a room with normal temperature conditions for twenty-four hours prior to the measurement, it shall meet the specifications in table 1.
4. Resistance to solder heat
If the 447MHz SAW resonator terminals are immerse no closer than 1.5 mm into the solder bath at 260℃ ±10℃ for 10±one second and then release the device into a room with normal temperature conditions for four hours, it shall meet the specifications in table 1.
5. Solderability
Submerge the device terminals into the solder bath at 245℃ ±5℃ for five seconds. More than 95% area of the soldering pad must be covered with new solder; the 447MHz SAW resonator shall meet the specifications in table 1.
6. Mechanical shock
Drop the 447MHz SAW resonator randomly onto the concrete floor from a height of 1 m three times. The device shall fulfil the specifications in table 1.
7. Vibration
Subject the device to vibration for two hours each in x, y and z axes with amplitude of 1.5 mm at 10 to 55 Hz. The device shall fulfil the specifications in table 1.

Remarks for 447MHz SAW Resonator Usage
1. Static voltage
Please avoid static voltage between signal load and ground, it may cause deterioration or destruction of the SAW resonator components.
2. Ultrasonic cleaning
Please avoid ultrasonic cleaning, it may cause deterioration or destruction of the SAW resonator components.
3. Soldering
Please avoid soldering different parts of the SAW resonator components, just leads may be soldered.
