    The 315MHz SAW resonator must be in a place with low temperature, -40 ℃ for thirty minutes, following by a high temperature of 25℃ for five minutes and then ahigher temperature of 85℃ for 30 minutes. When the device is released into a room with normal temperature conditions for1 to 2 hours priorto the measurement, it shallmeet the specifications in table 1.

  • 915MHz SAW ResonatorTemperature cycling
    The 915MHz SAW resonator must be in a place with low temperature, -40 ℃ for thirty minutes, following by a high temperature of 25℃ for five minutes and then a higher temperature of 85℃ for thirty minutes. When the device is released into a room with normal temperature conditions for one or two hours prior to the measurement, it shall meet the specifications in table 1.
